Helen's work always utilises found or discarded materials and in this case it was a pile of historic German prints found gathering dust at a friend's house

All made from solid brass, hand polished and finished with renaissance wax, this is known as live brass and will patinated naturally over time. The hand turned solid oak base, grounded like a clod of earth.
